Pros

A hands-free carrier in which you are able to carry your baby in three positions; on the back, the front, or on the hip.
The carrier's ergonomic design supports a correct sitting position for the baby's hip, pelvis and spine growth to prevent compression of the spine.
The baby's weight is balanced on the parent's hips and shoulders making for a comfortable fit.
With the help of the infant insert, you can carry your baby from newborn through toddlerhood.

Cons

The carrier doesn't allow for a facing out position for the infant/child. ERGObaby support this by claiming a baby cannot turn away from a stimulus if faced outward.
The hip position is a little more complicated to put together so may not be used as often.
Infant insert can be a little difficult to use, especially if you have a bigger baby.
