Price Match
At Eco Baby Products, we are committed to offering exceptional products at reasonable prices. If you find one of our products (identical item) at another Canadian retailer for a lower price (not on sale), please feel free to contact us & we will do our best to match that price. Item must be at regular price and in-stock. Please note, certain items cannot be price matched due to manufacturer contract restrictions. In all other cases, we will do our best to match prices, however we do reserve the right to not price match at our discretion

At Eco Baby Products we respect your privacy. It’s that simple.
Any and all the information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented or disclosed.
Any information you provide will be held with the utmost care and will not be used in way that you have not consented to. If you have any questions, please feel free to call or e-mail us.
If you need additional information about our privacy policy or the management of your personal information, or if you want to inform Eco Baby Products of any information we have on file that you believe to be incorrect or incomplete, please contact us.
Return/Exchange
It is important to us that you are 100% satisfied with your purchases. If you need to return items purchased from our website, you have 10 calendar days for a refund to your credit card. We will refund the product cost only, not shipping charges. For an exchange or in-store credit, you have 30 calendar days from date of original purchase.
Please note:
Items must be in their original packaging, unused, & in resalable condition. The return must be accompanied with a return authorization (RA) number issued by Eco Baby Products. You can obtain this Return Authorization Number by emailing us at info@ecobabyproducts.com or by calling 1-877-940-5225 or 778-340-5622 in the Lower Mainland, BC. Please provide details for the reason of return so we might assist you more efficiently.
Items returned without a Return Authorization will be subject to a re-stocking fee of 10%.
Shipping charges to return the item(s) are at the purchasers expense.
Note we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages in shipping it back to us.
All special orders & Sale merchandise are FINAL sale & can not be returned.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the merchandise is not in its original condition. Eco Baby Products will not accept any COD shipping of returns.

In Store Return Policy:
Products purchased online are able to be returned to Eco Baby Products for an in-store credit or exchange. Internet Store receipt must be present for all returns. Please note that all shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. You have up to 30 days from the date of shipment for all returns or exchanges. After 30 days, all product concerns will be dealt with as warranty issues and may be directed to the manufacturer.
Non Returnable Items:
For safety, health & hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept returns on some products. These products include, but are not limited to:
Strollers, car seats, potty’s, nursing bras, breast pumps & accessories, bottles, pacifiers, nursing pads, teethers, bath tubs & bathing accessories, safety gates, general safety products & skin care products.
Damaged Items:
Eco Baby Products makes every effort to ensure that your purchases are delivered in good condition. However, if you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 2 days by phone (1-877-940-5225 or 778-340-5622 in the Lower Mainland, BC.) to report the problem, so we can contact the freight carrier right away. If damage appears to be from shipping & in order to expedite a resolution, please take photos (if possible) & email them to info@ecobabyproducts.com
If packages arrive damaged please point this out to the driver as well. Should an item have a manufacturing defect, Eco Baby Products will be glad to exchange it for you. The shipping charge will be waived on replacements.
After 30 days, Eco Baby Products cannot replace damaged or defective items & all remaining issues must be addressed by the manufacturer. Eco Baby Products is committed to providing the best quality merchandise & purchases products from reputable manufacturers who stand behind the quality of their products. Most items are covered by manufacturers warranties. Warranty information when applicable, is included inside the product packaging. Should you have a problem with an item, need instructions or replacement parts we recommend that you contact the manufacturer before contacting us as these matters are usually covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. In the event that you need further assistance with a defective item, please contact us. If at all possible, we will do our best to replace damaged parts or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Canceling an Order:
Our goal is to ship all of our in stock orders within 24 hours of receipt. Therefore if your order needs to be cancelled it is important that you contact us by phone right away at 1-877-940-5225 or 778-340-5622 if you live in the Lower Mainland, BC. If the item has already shipped, we will be unable to cancel your order. In such an event, refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy. Please note, email cancellations will NOT be honored. We will be happy to cancel an order so long as we are contacted by phone & it is done so prior to the item shipping.
Shipping
Shipping Methods:
Eco Baby Products uses FedEx for most shipments. Shipping prices are calculated on checkout. Certain items require us to get additional quotes for shipping. If the quotes are higher, we will contact you to collect the balance of the shipping price. If you are ordering an item requiring an additional shipping quote, you will be notified upon checkout.
In-Store Pick Up:
You may also pick up your purchase at our store: 135 West 1st Street, North Vancouver, free of
charge.
If none of the above shipping methods apply to your address, please contact our customer service representatives at 1-877-940-5225 or 778-340-5622 in the Lower Mainland, BC.
Order Changes:
Order changes must be received within 24 hours of placement of the original order. Changes or requests made after 24 hours may not be accepted. If your order has already left our warehouse, you will need to follow the Returns/Exchanges guidelines below. Please send all order changes or requests to:

Cancelling an Order:
Cancellation requests must be received by email at info@ecobabyproducts.com within 24 hours of placement of the original order. Cancellation requests made after 24 hours may not be accepted, as the products may have already shipped from our warehouse. If the order ships within 24 hours, which it often will, then cancellations are not possible. Please follow the Returns/Exchanges guidelines.
All items shipped within Canada are subject to GST or HST.
Children’s clothing and footwear shipped within the province of BC are HST except.
In-stock items will ship within 2 business days (Monday-Friday excepting Holidays) from receipt of order. Please note that the delivery times may vary depending on the location of the recipient.
We utilize inventory management software in order to insure your item is in-stock when you purchase it. In the event that an item on your order is out of stock you will be notified. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. In this event, you can chose to wait for the item to arrive or cancel your pending order.
Wish List
How do I create a Wish List?
Creating your Wish List is easy.
If you want to “bookmark” products you would like to purchase at a later date, Eco Baby Products’ Wish List feature is able to “remember” products that can be quickly added to the Shopping Cart when required.
After logging in to your Eco Baby Account, access the Wish List by clicking on the Wish List button at the far right of the header, located under your username.
To add Products to your Wish Lists, click the Add to Wish List button on the Product detail page.
